Advance reservations for holiday periods require a 3 day minimum
 for dates surrounding Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day & Columbus Day
and require a non refundable payment in full.

2024 Season Rates & Reservation Information
(All rates are subject to change with and/or without notice)

~ Maximum of 6 people allowed per RV or campsite ~
All rates quoted are for up to 4 people per site.
Above four people is $5 per night per additional person
for RV or tent sites and $10 per night per person for rental units.

Check in is anytime after 1 PM for all sites and rental units and up to 9 PM.
Check out is by 11 am. If you arrive after 9 PM, you may stay
in our parking lot until morning and move to your site after 8 am.

We offer a 20% discount off of the nightly rates for a minimum of a one month stay - subject to availablillity.

RV Full Service Sites are paved pull through sites with max 50 amp electric or paved pull through,
paved back in, or grassed sites with full service & max 30 amp electric with basic extended cable.

All rates subject to change. All sites have park wide complimentary high speed WiFi access.
If you do not have a wireless computer, use our complimentary computer, just for you, in our office.

Camping Cabin Rates

 ~ Cabins Without Baths ~

Maine & New Hampshire Cabins

These cabins sleep a maximum of six people.  Fill size bed with single bunk over,
and full size futon with single bunk over. A/C, heat, table & chairs, flat screen color
cable, TV and fridge/freezer.
 $840 per week includes 9% tax (Sat to Sat)
 or $130 per night including tax.
The above rates are for up to 4 people. $10 per night per additional person.
 ~ if available, with a three night minimum ~
(for cabins without bathrooms - the bath house is located right behind your cabin)

New: Maine & New Hampshire cabins are now pet friendly!
$100 Damage Deposit by check or cash at check in required
and refunded at check out after inspection if no damage.

No cooking of any kind allowed in this unit.

~ Cabins With Full Bathrooms ~

New York & New Jersey Cabins

These cabins sleep a maximum of four people. Queen bed with two twin bunks.
A/C, heat, table & chairs, flat screen color cable TV, fridge/freezer,
private bathroom with stall shower and hair dryer.
Outside you will find a fire ring, LP Gas BBQ grill, picnic table and front sitting deck with chairs.

$100 Damage Deposit by check or cash at check in required
and refunded at check out after inspection if no damage.

$980 per week includes 9% tax (Sat to Sat)
 or $150 per night including tax.

~ Cabins with Bathrooms and Fully Stocked Kitchens ~

Massachusetts Park Model Cabin

This unit sleeps a maximum of four people. Queen bed in main bedroom, & twin bunks in hall.
Completely loaded for your fun vacation stay.  
Amenities include: Microwave oven, two burner LP cook top, college type refrigerator,
Kurig coffee maker, toaster,  plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, central A/C, heat, & TV with cable.
Full bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
Outside you will find a fire ring, LP Gas BBQ grill, picnic table and front
sitting deck with rocking chairs.

Weekly Rental: $1155 per week includes 9% tax (Sat to Sat)
or $175 per night including tax.

The above rates are for up to 4 people. $10 per night per additional person.

Captain Quarters and The Red Apple Suite

These units sleeps a maximum of six people. Main bedroom with Queen bed, second
bedroom with twin bunks, and a futon in the main living room area.
Completely loaded for your fun vacation stay.  
Amenities include: Gas stove, household type refrigerator/freezer, Kurig coffee maker, toaster,
microwave, plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, central A/C, heat, flat screen TV with cable.
 Full bathroom with shower, & hair dryer.
Outside you will find a fire ring, LP Gas BBQ grill, picnic table and front sitting deck. 

Weekly Rental: $1505 per week includes 9% tax (Sat to Sat)
or $225 per night including tax.

The above rates are for up to 4 people. $10 per night per additional person.

~ Linen Package available for Cabins ~

Bring your own linens or ask us to provide same,
Package includes one set of the following per week:
sheets, bath towels, hand towel, wash cloths, bath mat,
blankets, pillows, pillow covers and mattress covers. All items are washed
after every check out including blankets, pillow covers and mattress covers!

~ Cabin/Rental Unit Reservation Policy ~

A $300 deposit is required for each weeks reservation,
or an amount equal to one night deposit for shorter periods. Base rates quoted for all rental units
are for up to four (4) persons - units that accommodate a fifth or sixth person
is an additional $10 per person charge, per night.

Cabin or Rental units rent Saturday to Saturday in season
or with a 3 day minimum when otherwise available.
Check in is 1 PM - check out is by 11 AM

or cabin but you may be assigned another site or cabin 
with like amenities upon arrival.
