2010 ~ 2011 Season Rates & Reservation Information
(All rates are subject to change with and/or without notice)

~ Maximum of 6 people per RV site ~

Check in is anytime after 1 PM for all sites and rental units and up to 9 PM.
Check out is by 11 am. If you arrive after 9 PM, you may stay
in our parking lot until morning and move to your site after 8 am.

Campsites for RV's & Pop Ups
RV SITES: Water & 30 or 20 amp electric with free use of dump station as needed. Various sites are paved.	2010: $44.86 2011: $46.72 per night (all rates subject to 7% state lodging tax)
RV Full Service Sites: Water & 50 or 30 amp electric, sewer, and many sites with cable TV. All pull through and various back in sites are paved.	2010: $49.53 2011: $51.40 per night (all rates subject to 7% state lodging tax)

RV Full Service Sites are paved pull through sites with max 50 amp electric or paved pull through,
paved back in, or grassed sites with full service & max 30 amp electric with basic extended cable.

All rates subject to change. All sites have park wide complimentary high speed WiFi access.
If you do not have a wireless computer, use our complimentary computer, just for you, in our office.

Tent Sites (must be actually staying in a tent for these rates)
TENT SITES: Most sites have water and electric with limited sites having no utilities. All sites have a fire ring & a picnic table.	2010: $35.51 2011: $37.38 per night (all rates subject to 7% state lodging tax)

2010 Seasonal Site Fees: $2897.20 plus 7% state lodging tax.
2011 Seasonal Ste Fees: $2,990.65 plus state lodging tax.
Price includes full service site with water, electric, sewer, WiFi, & Basic extended cable.
Site metered electricity billed twice yearly.

Camping Cabins

Cabins sleep up to a maximum of six (6) people for units without
bathrooms, and up to four (4) people for units with bathrooms.

Cabins without baths have a double bed with a single bunk over,
and a double futon with a single bunk over. Cabins with baths
have one double bed and two single bunk beds.

You provide all linens (sheets, pillows, blankets and towels) or see our
new linen package below. Units have a small fridge, table and chairs, heat, color TV
with local channels (soon to be cable) and air conditioning. All cabins have a sitting porch
with two chairs, and just outside the porch, there is a picnic table,
LP Gas BBQ and fire ring.

No smoking, cooking or animals of any kind allowed in cabins please.

Cabin Rates

~ Cabins Without Baths ~

2010: $637 2011: $665 per week includes 7% tax (Sat to Sat)
or 2010: $96 2011: $100 per night including tax.
~ if available, with a three night minimum and only in early spring or late fall ~
(for cabins without bathrooms - the bath house is located right behind your cabin)

~ Cabins With Bathroom & Shower ~

2010: $812 2011: $840 per week includes 7% tax (Sat to Sat)
or 2010: $121 2011: $125 per night including tax.
~ if available, with a three night minimum and only in early spring or late fall ~
(with private bathroom/shower)

~ Cabin Linen Package - $35 per stay ~

Package includes: sheets, bath towels, hand towel, wash cloths, bath mat,
blankets, pillows, pillow covers and mattress covers. All items are washed
after every check out including blankets, pillow covers and mattress covers!

$300 deposit required when making a weeks reservation,
or one night deposit for shorter periods. Rates are for up
to four (4) persons - fifth or sixth person in a cabin with no bathroom
is an additional $10 per person charge per night.

32' Crossroads RV Rental Unit

Completely loaded for your fun vacation stay. Easily sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
Amenities include: Gas stove with oven, household type refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster,
microwave, plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, central A/C, heat, & TV with cable.
Outside you will find a fire ring, LP Gas BBQ grill, picnic table and sitting deck with chairs.

You provide your own linens; sheets, towels, blankets, pillows, sleeping bags and the like.

Unit rents Saturday to Saturday in season or early spring/late fall with a 3 day minimum.
Check in for rental unit is 1 PM - check out is by 11 AM

Weekly Rental: $1200 Check in is at 1 PM
Nightly rates: $175 or $525 for a 3 night minimum

All prices cover up to four (4) people.
Additional people up to a maximum of six (6) per unit an additional $10 pp/pn fee.

Note: When a reservation is made, we assign you a site,
or cabin but you may be assigned another site or cabin
with like amenities upon arrival.
There is no guarantee of a particular site or unit.

book early - do not be disappointed! ~

Reservations are strongly suggested and each site requires a minimum of one nights advance deposit by check, money order, or cash. Camping reservations for 14 days and longer or for each week long cabin or RV rental, require a $300 deposit.

Cancellation policy: Minimum of 14 days advance notice, and deposit is fully refunded except for holiday periods!

Holiday Periods: Memorial Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day weekend & Columbus Day weekend (and any and all days reserved that are annexed to these holiday periods) reservations must be paid in full, in advance, and are non refundable, no exceptions!

For reservations that do not allow you
enough time to send us a deposit by check,
a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
will be required to hold your site.
If you are a NO SHOW, the entire stay that you
reserved will be charged to your credit card.
Upon arrival, we do not accept credit cards for payment,
only personal checks, traveler checks, or cash.
